THINK! Movement

This movement is a gathering of all go players who wish to show another image of Internet Go. Unfortunately, go on the Internet didn't change, it is still as fast, and often lacks imagination.

Some players don't like to think, some others don't have time enough to play slow games. However, much of go players play blitz from habit, even thought they have choice. This movement is aimed at those. Know that there are players who like to use time to think, or want to see long games on the Internet.

Every one of us know that thinking in front of a screen isn't as joyful as thinking in front of a real goban, but one have to admit that, so as to play a lot and make progress, most of us don't have other way than playing on the Internet. Therefore, why don't we try to think more on our games ? Maybe we'll play less games, but it should improve our game quality, and help us progress in the go world.

The more players there will be, who will want to play longer games (at least 30-40 mn), the more players there will be who, seeing the change , will think about doing the same. It's a question of saying : There are more ways of playing go, one can also think and have fun, imagine new things, learn more about others as about oneself.

I call upon all those who want to adher to this movement THINK! to play longer games, to take their time, to say THINK! on all their games and give them this page's link, and to talk about it around them. This isn't a huge effort, but could make people who never tried want to.
